    • No PO Boxes
    • We extend our UPS rates to you. UPS shipping quotes are visible in your cart after entering your address information.
    • If you would like to use your own UPS account number, choose "Will Call" from the shipping menu. Then, email us a PDF copy of your shipping label to [email protected]
    • 100 pound bags and full bags must ship freight. 400 pounds (or 3 full bags) minimum per pallet.
    • We welcome international customers but only ship to a limited number of countries; if your country isn't listed in our shopping cart we do not ship there. We may need to confirm your identity and address before shipment. We also pass along our UPS rates to our international customers - quotes are visible after entering your desired shipping address at checkout. Shipments to certain countries, such as Japan, Australia and South Korea, require additional permits and inspections. Please contact us after your order is placed with your import permit number and any other documents required prior to shipment. The shipping fee does not include any VAT or sales taxes assessed by your country.

LTL Freight Shipping Information

  • We offer competitive rates to ship pallets anywhere in the US and Canada.
  • We can arrange the shipment with our carriers or you can choose to arrange it yourself at checkout. If you are located in Mexico or outside of North America, we are be happy to work with your freight forwarder but will not arrange international freight on your behalf.
  • No forklift? No problem. By default we will arrange a “lift gate delivery.” If you do not need a lift gate delivery or require a scheduled delivery, send us an email as soon as your order is complete.
  • Each freight shipment has a fee of $30 per pallet to cover the pallet cost, labor and strapping/wrapping the coffee.
  • Pallets are prepared with a cardboard sheet underneath to protect the coffee bags from puncture, strapped with heavy duty polypropylene strapping, and wrapped with plastic film to protect the shipment. We pride ourselves on creating secure pallets that will not be damaged during transit.
  • Shipments are booked via reputable carriers that we have carefully vetted and established relationships with to provide quick delivery times and the lowest rates possible.
  • If you have chosen to arrange your own freight shipping, we will email you with the pick up date, time, and dimensions. All we need from your carrier is the BOL or (Bill of Lading). Please note that we will hold coffees for up to 5 business days while you arrange shipping. Orders that have not shipped within this time are subject to a storage fee of up to $200 per day or may be cancelled.
  • Please allow a few days for us to carefully put together your freight order. After pick up we will send an email with your PRO number to track your shipment.
  • Freight charges will be charged to the original form of payment once we have secured the best rate.
  • IMPORTANT: When you receive your pallet, be sure to inspect the shipment for any damage while the driver is still there, noting all damage on your paperwork before signing off with the driver. We have very few damaged pallets, but it's difficult to successfully file a damage claim if the pallet is signed for before the damaged is noted.
