Ordering Information

Volume Discounts:  Volume discounts automatically kick in on orders of 4 full bags or more, mixing and matching coffees is A-OK! The price per pound drops by $0.10 cents at 4 bags, $0.20 cents at 10 bags, and $0.35 cents when you order 30+ bags of coffee. It's important to note that discounts are calculated at check-out, so you won't see the savings until you're in the cart view. Discounts only apply to full bags, and not our 50 pound boxes. Packaging: We sell unroasted green coffee in 50 pound GrainPro lined boxes for UPS shipment, and full bags for LTL ("less than a truckload") freight shipment. All coffees sold in full bags  are packed at origin, and are lined with GrainPro, Ecotact, or some other form of barrier bag for freshness.

Ordering: Our goal is to make access to great quality wholesale green coffee easy. Simply create an account, select coffees from our green coffee list, and proceed to the check out.

Shipping: Our 50 lb. boxes ship UPS and receive very competitve rates. You can pull a quote yourself by adding coffee to the shopping cart while logged into your account. Freight shipping is generally reserved for full bags, though 50 lb. quantities can be added. We are happy to set up freight for you, or you can use your can book it yourself. There is a 400 lb. minimum for freight shipments. See our Shipping Info page for more information.

Payment: We accept credit cards through our secure shopping cart. Credit card orders over $5000 will incur a 3% processing fee, and are subject to fraud checks before shipping. We are also happy to offer payment terms upon credit approval for our full bag freight customers with an ordering history of 3 or more complcoeted orders. Samples: We are happy to send 200 gram samples of a coffee as long as it's not low stock. We'd hate to sell out of a coffee before you have a chance to taste it! Please email all sample inquiries to [email protected] .

International Shipments: Please note that we only ship to a limited number of countries. If your country is not listed in our shopping cart, we do not ship there. 50lb boxes ship UPS Worldwide Expedited. International freight orders with the exception of Canada must be arranged by the customer. It is important for you to know your local import laws, or work with a broker that does. We can hold your order for up to 2 weeks while you arrange your shipping. Hours: We are open Monday-Friday 12-4pm for will-call orders. Orders placed before 4pm will be ready for pickup the following business day. Unfortunately we cannot process walk-in orders at this time. If you need it faster than that, email us and we'll see what we can do!

Order changes: If you need to make a change to your order please email us as soon as possible. We prep our freight orders as quickly as possible, even if we are waiting on a payment prior to shipping. Because of this, there is a fee for changing the coffee you have ordered once we have prepped your pallet.
