I posted about this last week in the Guatemala Finca El Tambor comments section, but wanted to put it here for a wider audience. We pulled some amazing SO espresso shots of this coffee. Very soft and creamy in the front of the shot followed by bright stone fruit and gingerbread finish. There is nothing sharp or biting in this shot at all, so maybe it might get lost in milk, but as a stand alone shot it is incredibly sweet.
